Rejected Ban for GR 1.9 | Azure Duke

Dear Admin and Admin team, this is the first time I got banned for this rule , I recently purchased a house from a friend which was 1.8 million but he made an agreement to buy it in 600k with the understanding that I give him the remaining amount within 5 hours. But i was unaware that this will violate a server rule .
I do promise to not do this kind of rule break and I kindly ask for forgiveness .I love to play grand rp.. Please consider my forum .
If necessary, I am even willing to accept a full account wipe.
