Words like MG and Mixing were said in Non RP Chat which are completely fine Since those words cannot be spoken in character or in RP Chat.
Regarding Provoking He is a Gangster and whenever you arrest a Gang Member they will do their RP of showing their Bad side as a gangster which is IC Provoking you can Charge them for : Provoking or Provoking of a Public Servant.
