Dear Admins,

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to address an issue that occurred during my recent gameplay, which I believe may have been flagged or misunderstood.

During the game, my screen froze unexpectedly, and I was unable to continue playing. Thinking it was a temporary connection issue, I disconnected and reconnected to the game twice in an attempt to resolve the problem. At no point did I intentionally abuse any bug or exploit, nor was I aware that such a bug even existed. My actions were solely motivated by trying to get back into the game and continue playing normally.

I deeply regret if my actions were perceived as a violation of the rules. That was never my intention, and I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience or concern this may have caused. I have always respected the rules of the game and the efforts of the admins to maintain a fair and enjoyable environment for all players.

Please know that I will be more cautious in the future and will report any technical issues immediately to avoid any misunderstandings. Thank you for your understanding, and I appreciate your time in reviewing this matter.
