This guys maked provoking he try to arrest me 2 times today and he making targeting to me i only follow him at beach market and he cuffed me for this and he said provoking

As you can see in the second video, the same person arrests me for the same reason, but he says that the reason for the arrest is not showing Passport.

There is no proof of targeting, you can hire a lawyer to sue him if you think he was being unfair with you.
