Hello,

FIB received an organization verbal for this person being in the ghetto alone - SR 5.5 | FIB
Ever since the start of the first term we took hiring and interviewing very seriously, and have been rejecting anyone who did not know the rules properly.

The FIB Contract includes article 4.2 which states:
4.2 Policy Violations: The Employee acknowledges that he has been made aware of the applicable Internal, Federal, Local and State laws. The Employee is therefore responsible for any violation of the mentioned rules, including but not limited to instances of trespassing city lines into ghetto without permission or without being accompanied by 2 other units. The Employer may terminate employment and issue a blacklist if the Employee fails to comply with any of the mentioned rules.

Those who make it in the organization, we make sure that they acknowledge this and we have them sign for it:
/me signs the FIB employment contract
/me I acknowledge that I cannot go the ghetto alone and only accompanied by 2 other units

In the gallery attached, you may find that the agent in question signed the contract and the acknowledgement that they can not go to ghetto alone, therefore taking this responsibility on their own person rather than the organization. I've also added a screenshot from their logs, where they indicate they clearly know about the rule but it was an obvious accident, they were simply not paying attention.

I am kindly requesting to have the verbal revoked, we have done everything we can as an organization to avoid this 5.5 and the agent took full responsibility for it.
