Dear Senior Executive,
I recently received a 60-day ban on my account due to a past blacklist associated with my previous GTA account. I would like to sincerely apologize for any rule violations, but I genuinely did not know that creating a new account after purchasing a fresh GTA 5 copy would lead to a ban.
I had saved up for a long time to buy a new GTA 5 account and join Grand RP again, as I truly enjoy playing on your server. I had no intention of bypassing any rules, and I now realize that I should have confirmed the server policies beforehand.
I kindly request you to reconsider my ban, as this was an honest mistake. If there is any way I can continue playing while following the proper procedures, I would be grateful for your guidance. I assure you that I will strictly adhere to all server rules moving forward.
