Dear EN3 Administrative Team,

"I used an app called TinyTask without knowing it was banned. The admin yelled at me, and I explained that it was my first time knowing it was prohibited. They first gave me a 60-day ban, then a permanent one. Since it was my first offense, I feel a permanent ban was unfair."
