4th account : Rejected - Ban for ER 1.7 | Edward Pluxury ( 52506 ) - New forum account
As you can see here this individual has 3 accounts according to his forum, Please investigate it. It could be the person has more than 2 accounts or shares his forum account with someone else but the individual is definitely on the forum ban evading which is against Forum Rule 9.
