Loki Wilson was born in United States Of America (USA), in New York. His father, Dave Wilson and mother Chloe Wilson, were working at police department in the city of Los Angeles. Loki's parents always had opportunity to raise a child without any restrictions. They were working so hard and were taking care of Loki, until he reached age of 18. His whole childhood was full of love and care, but there also were lot of conflict between his parents. Loki was seeing almost every day, how his parents were arguing about anything. This commonly were about job, about raising of their child or other different reasons. The behavior of the parents, made Loki aggressive and one day he decided to escape from his house at night. Crazy boy, Loki, ran away from house at 3am of midnight and never came back home (As we all can see, Loki is very sensitive person and he can't handle family conflicts that easy). Other day, when his parents recognized what happened, they were totally shocked, because they couldn't understand, why he did that. They were so nervous, angry and confused at the same time. They were saying that their son, had best childhood ever and they couldn't tell the reason why he did that.
After escaping the house, Loki was roaming on the streets day by day and eating junk food with his pocket money. He knew, that he won't survive without money and house, so he decided to sit down and think what to do. Finally he made decision, to go back to his parents and tell everything to them. After an hour of walking, he finally reached his house, but when he went closer to it and looked in the window, he saw that their parents were happy and not even sad about their child. At the moment, Loki felt lonely and very aggressive, that his parents did not care about him, so be sneaked in the house, opened his father's safe and took all the money with him.
After a week, Loki is leaving in the hotel of LA, and currently thinking about his job. Stolen money, wouldn't least for ever, so he had to work to live. Finally, he made decision to become police officer. This was the best opportunity for him, because he had big experience in documentation work and in field book. After a month of hard-work, Loki finally managed to join LSPD and work on patrolling in the city. The Chief was also very happy of his work and he even deserved promotion after a week of working. Now he is helping people, patrolling in the city, handling robberies and helping other citizens with his unique skills and experience.
According to his sudden success in his life, he was still thinking about his parents. He thought that it would be better, if he would go back to his parents and explain everything. After a while, he finally got home and when he knocked on door, his dad came and let him in. Father (Dave Wilson) seemed very nervous and he was staining his eyes. Hi did not even get any reaction when he saw his son but after a while, Loki realized that something was happening. He started searching for his mother, he was shouting to his dad "WHERE IS SHE!!! WHAT DID YOU DO TO HER!!!". Wrecking and punching the walls and screaming.... he finally opened bath door and saw his mother was dead inside with something sharp which was inside his heart area. She slowly turned his neck around and looked at his father. His eyes were devil and full of angriness, his hands were flexed so tight and he was standing like a hulk. Dad did not know what to do, he was so scared that he Instinctively turned around and ran. THE POWER inside Loki, was stronger then everything. He took a knife from floor, ran towards his dad, caught him and cut his throat open. The thing, which was going inside Loki's mind was very deadly and aggressive like a devil. He buried his mother and kept the killer knife with him.

It's been 1month since that tragedy happened. Loki managed to clear all the evidence and dirt at crime scene and no one realized and found out that Loki did that. After all this, Loki became more aggressive that he talks to citizens very rudely. He always threats arrested people and ask them money for release and he became more devilish and mysterious person. He is always searching for revenge, ..... revenge which was not enough for him...
overcomes:
-Loki would be able to loot criminals weapons, use them and sell them off duty.
-Loki would be able to talk to citizens not officially and sometimes rudely
