My dear Admin in the POV you can see that i get hand cuffs at time 23:50 and in the same time i was put Barricade it was just for less that second you see the hand cuffs, one off the NG his name ( Elti Rex, ID 87385 ) he put cuffs at many players and he did not say anythink just he did that and i did not recognized that i get hand cuffs because my character was not show me that i have it on my hand, then i went to get PIC for the COV Subs and i did not understood the problem why my character to sloo even i told my team that i cant move fast and i cant do nothing then i told them i will fly then i will back for the Subs but i was at jail because that Cuffs.
