I was recently banned for 7 days by Admin Neji Hyuga due to a complaint from Player ID 170638, where he accused me of using abusive language in non-RP chat. However, I would like to clarify the situation:

  1. Player 170638 first killed me in a Red Zone (which is valid), but after that, he abused me in voice chat.
  2. I was provoked by his voice chat abuse, and in frustration, I responded in non-RP chat.
  3. He only provided a screenshot of my chat, but there is no proof that I started the abuse.
  4. As per the rules, this should result in a 180-minute mute or 7-day ban, but I always receive the maximum punishment, especially before major events.
  5. I request the admin to ask Player 170638 to provide proof that he did not abuse me first. If he cannot provide proof, then my ban should be reconsidered.
Please review my case fairly and take necessary action. Thank you.
