Hello dear Admins,
have been trying to sell my plantation for a long time, and during this process, I have received numerous absurd and troll messages. The person who filed the complaint against me is one of these individuals, and I responded to them within the RP rules. However, I was penalized by Frost Ashford with the following decision: Approved - Provoking id 0000
Additionally, my spouse and I have filed multiple complaint forums due to insults directed at us. However, our reports were rejected on the grounds of being an "IC issue." You may review our complaints through the following links:

2) Rejected - GR 6.9 | 0000
In this context, I find it difficult to understand how an incharacter phone conversation can be classified as "Provoking." I believe that the penalty imposed on me is unfair, and I kindly request a reassessment of the situation.
