The forum mentioned above is on RDM+CR+VDM+NLR and after 48 hours of the forum being posted administrator Michael Mayors asks for Extended POV and because we attend almost every events it's not possible for us to hold POVs which are of more than 48 hours.
Even if administrator Michael Mayors couldn't conclude about RDM in the provided POVs it is clear that id 161356 did VDM and NLR. But he didn't get punished for that.
