2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
1) After joining succesful gangs term in the past, I feel like I can try to get this experience and get a gang leader as I witness so many succesful gang terms in the past, I also was in state for a long time and I can take that expertise on getting this leadership. If I do get this leadership I will most likely remove toxicity within the gang.
2) With my trusted people from the past that ran a gang I feel like we can create a different set of atmosphere through the Gang RP in the city and try to set a good energy through out the people that ran a good term before.
3) With my past experience with Leo and Gang I've seen a lot of ways that I bring to run Marabunta Grande with the people I trust through out the years of playing this beautiful city, I feel like with my leadership I can bring a non toxic organization that can set a high standard through out the first term.
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
For Improving RP in this organization I will make sure each gang member will know all the basic gang rules and legal organization rules aswell furthermore I will be issuing bonus system to those who works their way out to have a good RP situations each time we are doing events. I will make sure this organization will run as smooth as possible with 0 toxic within the members. About Spray I will do my very best to get one of the sprayers in the city with their hard work will be issuing bonuses cause of their RP that they are giving to the gang. I will make sure that my gang will run perfectly and will have the same page, with Store Robbery I will make sure we will get max numbers to what ever event we are attending.
4) What I wanna achieved with this gang
1) Gang event every few hours, such FZ Raid, Store Robbery, Attend Encashment, Hostage Situation, all of this fun event to make this Organization running.
2) Try to make 100% Turf
3) Make a memorable term that everyone can enjoy.
