What I don't understand is that I was initially banned for 3 days and when I entered the game today, I saw that 4 more days were added. Why did such a thing happen? Please remove my ban. It's very bad to be banned for 7 days just because I wrote Ramadan Mubarak.
I've already missed 3 days of Grandcoin. If I'm not in the game for 4 more days, I'll go crazy, please help.
