And secondly, they can track the car and find the cars location as a car owner, so this is not Cheats or something like that, and they have a valid reason to kill you since you stealing their car so they don't have to give you demands or talk with you at the first place. Imagine in real life you stealing a car and the owners are coming to you and talking with you in a nice way, no it's not even realistic. So as i said as long as they have a valid reason to kill you no demands are required.
