2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
2.1 Since I was a child, I was drawn to fighting for justice and carrying the discipline of an Army officer. As I grew up and had more experience in the city, I made the life-altering decision to serve the great city of Los Santos by enlisting in the elite National Guard. With several terms of committed service, I gained precious life lessons that transformed me into who I am today. I started my journey serving under one of the greatest generals, Day Doe. From there, with fierce determination and unfaltering allegiance, I moved up the ranks, eventually holding one of top rank and receiving honorable awards that attest to my service.
2.2 One of the main reasons why I want to achieve the very honored rank of General in this elite organization is my long history in law enforcement. Having spent the majority of my career as part of the LSPD, I have had the honor of serving as the Chief of LSPD, and the Deputy of LSPD and SAHP. This experience has given me better leadership qualities and a strong respect for command, strategy, and responsibility. I believe my experience will enable me to carry on and advance the proud tradition of the National Guard to its finest level. Additionally, I have put together a elite team of highly qualified professionals from throughout the city so that we can preside over the most efficient and most successful term in the history of the organization—without delay or hesitation.
2.3 The National Guard has been overlooked by too many organizations and citizens for too long, not given the prominence that it deserves. I plan to reverse this by making us more visible to the public and gaining more cooperation from other agencies. I will conduct engaging PR events to connect with citizens, conduct joint training session with special teams of each organization, and conduct weekly meetings with other organization leaders to develop cohesion and cooperation. In doing so, I seek to reconstruct the image of the NG and make it a renowned and integral component of the city.
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

- Inculcating a very high level of discipline and respect amongst troops is one of my highest priorities so that they behave professionally towards their seniors at all times.
- I will hold special training sessions at our Arena training ground so that soldiers can hone their aiming skills and build up combat readiness.
- Further, I will also be administering a weekly test to quiz their strategic decision-making and planning in high-risk mission situations, such that they are always ready for anything that arises.
