As per the extended POV FIB officer have broke multiple rules.
1) Open shooting at citizen without knowing the wanted level no demands given time stamp 13:20 (Fail RP)
2) Killing person without demand 13:21 (Fail RP)
3) Dragging person in arms with gun in hand time stamp 13:25 ( Power Gaming )
4) Shooting at person while dragging person time stamp 13: 26 ( Power Gaming )
5) Chatting in RP while unconscious time stamp 13:26 ( Fail RP )

Apart from this I can see there is no where in POV that me and my friend have done Meta Gaming( No Meta Gaming). We were there doing our farming activity and I involved in RP situation because, I came to search my friend to store, because he told me he has a BP Task to purchase 3 items from store. So it is obvious common sense that person will go to nearby store towards the farm.

I just come there and i ask for id and also show my passport and after some time 2 persons come starting shooting going on there, so I started running in fear, but in the rush because i was running away because i feared for my life in that confusion my car hit the officer because I had no choice but to reverse because there was no room for the car to go forward...By mistakely My car hits officer..
