Hello dear administrators, about a week ago my friends and I accidentally started inside the prison event and got banned for 30 days.

First of all, our aim was not to start inside the region, we were not someone who entered prison events too much anyway. However, we got banned because of a mistake we were not aware of and did not want to make. This made us very sad, also a birthday event was coming to the game soon and we were happy to earn a lot of money and GC, but we got banned because of this mistake we made, first of all I apologize for this. And then I thought of this question, the penalty for starting in the prison region is 7-14 days ban, but we got banned for 30 days, so I opened this forum and I ask for my ban to be reduced, not lifted.

I swear that this was not intentional and I promise it will not happen again and I thank you with sadness.
