Rejected GR 5.3 Try to Notify Unfair Staff Member of a Bug in the game I had evidence for and Got blocked when i asked him to leave me alone

so i made a report to Carol_Jordan who was completely disrepsectful to me and said he couldnt help me or hear our the situation at all. and of course he will try to claim otherwise.. but he did not take the situation seriously so anyhow i had planted some weed plants 2 sets in general 1 set of 4 and another set of 19 and i left them i came back 2 hours after which would mean the 1st set would be done it was all there anyhow i went to me 19 set which would have been done 15-20 mins after i collected the 4 well the 19 was not there and couldnt of even been harvested yet before i had proof of the situation and was gonna offer it but he said it was a in character issue i tried to explain everything i just said and show him it clearly was a server sided bug that ive never experienced ever anyhow he kept saying no and was being very rude and power driven so i asked him nicely to let me speak to a higher up because he was acting children taking the situation like a joke that took hours of my life and my time and money.. i desperately needed a serios staff member that would take the situation seriosly as i have no time for children.. anyhow i said to leave me alone as he kept texting after i said i will just grow some more dont worry about it he kept nagging me on i told him that his job is to serve us and help the people he isnt a god... anyhow he got so upset and petty he blocked me for 5 days ... COMPLETELY UNJUSTIFIED WHEN I HAD EVIDENCE AND JUST WANTED TO MAKE A REAL REPORT... So if loosing money what you wanted by letting this man be staff your gonna get it... idk how often he uses permisions to abuse his power but yea he did.. its clear as day... i just wanted to make a serios genuin report on a bug and was told to deal with it its in character even tho it wasnt and i had proof and then i was harassed and blocked for asking him not to harass me . i even told him im shizophenic and cant control my mind well and he still persisted please unblock me as i never deserved it and was trying to go about my buisness and ignore him before he blocked me. was only 5 hours away from getting my free car as well now 5 days and i wont get it ive put hella hours into the server idk why he would just do that without seeing my evidence he said you have to have proof but i never said i didnt so anyhow the situation on his half was stupid.. bad staff member tbh

didnt even get a warning either he said to not spam when i was still in the middle of trying to do the report and send him evidence again i never said i had none thats why i asked for a higher up to show my evidence too but anyhow yea he should be demoted but regardless i should be unblocked asap
