In second rule u can see that we can HOLD a ng for unlocking trucks so it is allowed
as u can see in the my pov while i was driving car with black windowed they told my name. And in real life u cant see their face if windows are black. And because they do mg they knew all of us. Normally it must be sneaky yes but they broke the rp by doing mg thats why things went like this.
