Hello, Dear Jonny,
Today we received a ban for GR1.8 (BP Gifting) so I'm reaching out to explain our situation.
Both my brother and i had two separate accounts (Social Club and Epic Games) and we each have different Grand RP accounts as well (main and twink) neither of us has ever used the other's account we have always played on our private accounts separately. However there came a time when my Epic Games and Social Club accounts were hacked.
At that moment i attempted to recover them by contacting their respective support services but unfortunately i couldn’t regain access as a result i decided to use a different Social Club and Epic Games account so that i could enjoy the game once again. From then on i started temporarily using my brother’s Social Club and Epic Games accounts since i couldn’t afford to purchase new accounts due to real life constraints to this day i still use his Social Club and Epic Games account
The incident that led to the ban occurred when my brother wanted to purchase the Premium+ BP he could only afford 150 GC so i decided to surprise him by gifting him a normal BP which would reduce the cost of the Premium+ BP to 150 GC he had been feeling down lately so i wanted to cheer him up and show my appreciation for his constant support since childhood
today we both received permanent bans with the reason GR1.8 BP Gifting which left him devastated i'm writing to you now to explain our situation as described above i don’t expect anything but i sincerely hope you might reconsider if you decide to give us a second chance i promise not to use his Social Club and Epic Games account until i can afford new ones and have your permission to use them.
i hope you understand our situation and forgive us we understand and accept any kind of wipe.
