Rejected RDM and Car theft in GZ | 43436

I was at the parking just waiting for my friend that's when this person started stealing my car in parking area and then I thought that when i drive my car it will be over but he RDM me in GZ and then just drove away and did UB driving to stay away from police. And police also gave him warning to stop but he even ran away when 3 police pointed gun at him.
