Life Story: Dean was born in India later his family moved to los santos and he brought up in los santos in ghetto he used to have bad surroundings from the starting where most of the people were gangster his parents were not to rich to afford a good house or a car later when he was 12 years old his father died in a shoot out and claimed that a ballas gang member killed his father his life was full of suffering from the starting he didn't had much friends in school he used to get bullied by once his mother used to work at ems as a nurse but and barely pays the house rent for revenge dean wanted a revenge from ballas gang so he made touch with families gang and started looking for the one who killed his dad one day he found that guy who shot his dad as he wants to have clear records he never killed him but managed to get him get him rob and shot at strawberry ave via help of families then he decided to move to LSPD to earn some money in legal way and help other gang members.
Career Story: Dean made a good name in LSPD after joining and became a trusted officer in eyes of all other officers but still he has touch with his friends who are gang members now he wants to earn more money through corruption so now he is missing his old friends and want to help other gangs but as ballas came to know about him they also have corrupt officers in other legal orgs who helps them so now they are onto dean for getting revenge now he needs help financially and also from gang members so he can help them in return of his safety.
Outcomes:
1. Dean can break the bodycam with proper rp (/try command twice every situation).
2. Dean can Lie about a lawyer and refuse to read the Miranda Rights.
3. Dean can make criminals to drop their weapons and illegal items and keep them for himself or sell them in the black market. (Not LSPD items, Buying/Selling items in Black market only when he is off duty )
4. Dean can frame any person by putting Illegal items in 10-15's or citizens pockets / backpacks to get them arrested ( With proper RP )
5. Dean can use a truth serum on people (using the /try command and 2 per situation).
6. Dean can search suspects for their bodycams, and destroy them by smashing them on the ground. (using /try only 2 times per situation or /do after injecting truth serum).
7. Dean can initiate Jailbreaks using pen drives with viruses in exchange for money [100K maximum].
8. Dean can go into Ghetto Off Duty and can Kill/Rob people with his family members and friends. (No fighting against LEOs and not entering gang HQ)
9. Dean can take bribes up to 100K also he can give himself as a Hostage(If he is bribed up to 100k).
