Good evening higher ups,
I am making this appeal regarding my recent verbal, so in afternoon I had a talk with Mr. Akio, he said that we can hover heli over ghetto alone but we cant go to a situation with heli alone, as we can see in the POV, this heli was hovering above and didn't land, and regarding situation, i dont think they can do hostage situation with 3 people only. So, I request to re-consider this verbal, as that heli was hovering above, and I don't think it was a situation because they were only 3 people with a hostage.
