Hello Admins,

I would like to report two players who came to the Department of Corrections (DOC) and randomly started shooting at me. After killing me, they started causing a distraction in the area. When I attempted to arrest them, they left the city (combat logged) to avoid RP consequences.

This is a clear violation of the RDM (Random Deathmatch) and Combat Logging rules.
