1. Why do you want to become an Assistant admin ?
One of the main reasons is to experience the admin life, because I have done too much RP already in all EN servers, specially EN3 where I am level 45 and have been playing it for a year now, I have been into a lot of different organizations with high ranks including deputy and that's just not my thing anymore. Another important reason is to help out the community as much I can, and try to end the toxicity that has been going around for a while now, and be able to help the ones in need and punish the ones whom deserve to be be punished, just so that we have a peaceful environment for our community.
2. What positions have you held in the city? (Crime/State/Leader of Unofficial)
So its a little complicated, in this city I haven't done much, other than being in Los Santos Police Department for a little bit, but in en3 I have been the deputy of Marabunta, Vagos, Families, and I am pretty sure Ballas as well, and if not the deputy of ballas, I have been an under-deputy in atleast. In legal orgs, I've been a high-command in FIB, GOV, and NG, and I have also been HOD of journalism and ads department in LI, so I understand journalism and ads really well.
3. What are your strengths?
My strengths are probably leadership, as I ran a family 2-3 times for my friends, I am good at problem solving and handling the situation as calmly and smoothly as I can, I have a good knowledge and awareness of the server rules and that's the reason why I can easily handle any RP situations because I have been into a lot of RP situations, mainly because I ran a family a couple times for my friends, and also I ran a term of Marabunta for a friend of mine.
So to list them out, my strengths are:
1. Leadership (guiding people)
2. Problem solving
3. A decent knowledge of the servers RP rules
4. Situation handling according to RP rules
4. What are your weaknesses?
Honestly, I don't think I have any, or if I do **I think i am capable of dealing with it and not make it a problem**.
5. What skills can you bring to the admin team by Being Assistant ?
1. Good communications
2. Friendliness but also serious depending on situation
3. Confidence
4. Being multilingual, I can help in different situations
5. Answering daily reports to help out the players as much as I can.
6. Organizing events for media partners if needed.
7. Helping out players who are new to the city.

NO, no IRL issues that are stopping me from being active.

I haven't played on en1 a lot, but I do completely understand RP and I love being around RP. I have been playing on en3 for more than a year now and on en1 I have probably played for 3-4 months. I have a lot of RP experience from en3 and I have had a lot of fun doing RP with my friends in en3. So Im completely aware of RP and RP situations and I know how to handle them. The reason that I moved to en1 is because this city is way more populated and has way more stuff to do, and of course for my friends. and my reason for applying admin on en1 is that, en3 is not active anymore so there's no point being a admin there. I was bored of RP and i know all the rules so i thought about joining the admin team on en1 instead.
