Rejected Unreasonable block / Vick Klauss

My account got blocked in the middle of the game. I was with my gang, we were in the Arena. I have no idea why and whats reason of blocking my account.

I got screen shot of it, and it says reason is "Crouch BugAbuse".
I have no idea what does this even mean.
I would like to other admins to take a look and solve this issue.

I was trying to figure out how to roll, if you watching the game you also heard that another player also asked about it.
Additionally, I have no idea what kind of bug is that you are assuming I was using.
I want you to check my entire history of this game. I can see I have never used any bug or cheats. I am honest, I spent so much time to reach this lvl. Now I dont wanna create another account and start all from beginning again.
