Gr 6.15 says When outside the GHETTO you must engage in RP before shooting someone. For example issue them demands and if they do not listen to your demands within 5 seconds you can shoot them. | WARN
same rule applies on opponent i counted 3 and then he start shooting me

You gave him demands to leave there is a reason for him to shoot you
i dont know rules very well i think the opponent should wait for 5 second before shooting or tell me we can shoot before 5 seconds demand if someone just says that leave this area in 5 seconds
the rules is made for fair gameplay if 5 seconds demand is important then other side also 5 seconds demand they can't shoot this is fair otherwise this is unfair
