Life Story:
Luca Cooperrr was born in a middle-class family in Los Santos, a beautiful city. When he was growing up, he learned how life works and how cruel the world is. His father was a NG Soldier and from the start, his father taught him everything about Law Enforcement officers and how challenging it is to be a Leo. He started to learn and take an interest in his father talks about Leo's. He had a good memory so, he remembered everything his father taught him about Leo's.
He also joined an academy where he could learn more about Leo's. He left his home to become a Leo like his father. he trained seriously and followed their diet plan so, that he could become stronger and healthier than he was before.
Career Story:
After training for years, he finally got a chance, as NG had opened their hiring once again. He applied and gave his interview. He cleared the interview and joined NG as a private first class. From here, his journey began as a Leo. He worked hard and became the first lieutenant. Then after a couple of months, he went to LSPD and became lieutenant over there. Then he moved to SAHP and became lieutenant over there. Then he made up his mind to go back to where he came, He went back to NG and became first lieutenant and he worked so hard and now he is NG's first lieutenant.
After a long time in Leo's, he decided to go towards corruption. Still with his ambitions his dedication to work for NG has become greater then before.
Outcomes:
1-Luca can lie/deny about a lawyer if a suspect requests it.
2- Luca can make criminals to drop their weapons and illegal items and keep them for himself or sell them in the black market. (Not FIB items, with 2 additional the suspect should fear for his life.
3-Luca can go into the ghetto. Off duty and can kill/rob people with his family members. (No fighting against Leo's and not entering Gang HQs).
4-Luca can deny his ID to anyone if it is going to benefit his org.
5-Luca can use truth serum on people. (by using /try command and 2 per situation).
6- Luca can use illegal items like drugs/illegal weapons while on and off duty.
7-Luca can take bribes up to 100k and he can give himself as a Hostage(if he is bribed upto 100k) .
8-Luca can initiate Jailbreaks using pen drives with viruses in exchange for money {100K maximum}.
9-Luca doesn't have to follow 10-15 processing procedures like showing his ID and not reading Miranda Rights.
10-Luca can search suspects for their bodycams and destroy them by smashing them on the ground. (by using /try command only 2 times per situation).
