Rejected Demorgan for rule 6.17 | Arthur Mack

Hello, so i was in a gang event, and i accidentally killed a gang mate, and got demorgan for 240 min, not even a warning, its the first time i break a rule, and i didnt even noticed that i had.
as the rule says" It is restricted to kill person who is unconscious to help him to avoid RP situation(Mercy killing). | Demorgan 240 min or WARN"

is there something we can do, i never got a warn or demorgan.
only cuz after the event, i had to log out because im teleworking and i needed to work,

an admin spoke with me in the jail and told me to re write, so what i re write was this,

Hello, so i broke for the first time the rule 6.17, i didnt noticed i was broking it, and when i logged in i checked what i really had done,
I went and re-read the rules, and i saw what it did was wrong, and it didnt had any bad reason on my action.
I regret what i did, and as it was the first and last time i want to break a rule,
I would like to say sorry for the administration and to the people that was in that event and RP,
I would like to make the appeal for 1 time, if i could get a severe warning, and not the rest 2 hour and half of demorgan,

Hello, you were caught breaking a rule during yesterday's ng raid (by bloods).According to my POV, one of your gang members was very low on heal and he had lot of weapons and other illegal items that we get during the NG raid. He requested you to finish him so that he could automatically fly to the CH(server script) and could get all the stuff to your gang warehouse. Unfortunately I was already present over there and I heard you guys talking about this. The moment he ran out of cover,he went unconscious and you aimed your revolver at him and finished him. This is known as mercy killing and you did this to avoid upcoming rp situation which involved the LEO arresting you and taking all your illegal items. Later I checked the kill logs and found out that he was finished by you. The player who went unconscious has already been punished for some other rule break(looting midfight). I will be submitting my POV to mazhor for him to review and take a decision.
