account login problem

i was banned on my main account in en3 for 14 days about 12-13 days has been already passed so i thought to open my main account again and see when im getting unbanned but whenever i enter the password it says wrong pass so i did it 3 times and it said connection lost you have entered wrong pass 3 times now when i do forgot password it says email does not exist

NOTE - email is right i checked it properly
