Dear Chiefs,

Concerning the mentioned forum, we would like to once again appeal to your understanding.

As you can see in his POV, he is roaming and just looking to cause trouble.

• POV starts with him typing "easy gov" in Non-RP chat - probably provoked someone before
• Then trying to provoke people in the GZ area of the ghetto 24/7 store
• And finally he goes into an ongoing dangerous shootout at the bar area during our ghetto patrol, mixing in Non-RP and again trying to provoke a reaction.

During this time we were engaged in immobilizing other criminals who were open-carrying and shooting each other.
As you can see from our point of view, he was given demands + countdown and he started getting shot after the last second for non-compliance. A complying person who fears for his life (as he said) does not wait until after the last second.

I truly hope for a fair judgment and for having this org warning lifted.
