You guys sent us a survey the other day and one of the metrics on there was to rate the admins.
I would like to give an example of why we all rated our current admin team low on the scale.
Now to be clear, that low score was not geared to the higher admins that keep the server running in the background.
It was reflective of the low level admins in the city not caring.
The ones always refusing to show up to situations cuz its easier to reply on screen and sit in the comfort of wherever you are with your friends.
so may past examples of admins hanging at beach market throwing parties...they refuse to show up to anything and resolve to asking us to post on forums...whats the point of having your admins on the ground if they wont show up to situations?
The forums are here to address issues and get a judgement but then why are admins in the city if they will refuse to spawn?
...idk if john was "busy" or not..but given past history of admin interaction its fair to say I'd be impressed to see that john was actually busy attending admin work and not just sitting around passing time earning his gc from you guys.
Any other city admins are more than happy to pop in and deal with situations rather then forcing the playerbase to tab out and write a forum wasting time and will to wanna keep playing.
The fact he write shrug on one of his replys shows he does not care to keep players happy in the server...
he could have been a bit more sensitive with the response but at the end, hes getting his gc and if you guys loose a players, it does not affect him directly,
you guys loose a player a day to a guy like this. he will just shrug.
