Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
I have been playing on GTA5Grand servers for three years, from 2022 until today, as a dedicated player. I have decided to step away from RP and dedicate my experience as a player to helping others enjoy every moment of their time.
Additionally, before joining GTA5Grand, I owned three FiveM servers (ESX, CFW, VRP) and sold them approximately a year ago. In short, I have extensive experience in the world of server administration.
What are your strengths?
I have extensive experience as an administrator. Even though the system may be different, this will not hinder me, as I excel in any role when given the opportunity to dedicate myself fully.
What are your weaknesses?
My only weakness is the English language. I can speak and write very well, but not perfectly. However, this will not be an obstacle for me. On the contrary, no one is born a master—learning grows with time.
What skills can you bring to the admin team?
as an administrator of three servers, I have gained extensive experience in handling people and deeply understanding administrative systems.
I am fully prepared to assist the administrative team and also learn from your team, Work cannot be split, as collaboration is key—expertise must be shared for success.
Will you be ready to sell your business? (It's restricted to have a business while you are an admin) Certainly
