All ranks will be selected and given properly. Old ranks will not be valid because I want active and good people to come to big places, so we will do a lot of events, test everyone and give the ranks properly The word of the HCs will be valid, those who disrespect this will not be forgiven, we will try to create a proper gang environment and have fun at the events
