As you can see in the POV I was tracking this stolen car. I tried to block it's engine but it had an anti radar so I tried to PIT maneuver it so we can stop the theft. The guy then used cruise control to speed trough the speed bumps to not loose any speed so that is Bug Abuse and then he went to the ghetto to avoid getting arrested because he knows I cannot follow him in the ghetto.
