This is circle event if I'm outside I can do whatever I please to do. its not your business if I need to fear or not. Cleary everyone can see how Leos just don't care about event rules.

Good Morning.

Why is it every time I see reports that say "Many LEOs shooting", the POV only shows one LEO who is COMPLETELY unidentifiable so we don't know which org he is a part of going rogue and doing things we have explained 500 times not to do?

With that aside completed, here are my thoughts on how this report should be handled:

Firstly, ask this player to extend their POV. This does not show their arrival at the scene of Black Market, would very much love to see if he is going in and out of the zone and if demands were given to him.

In conclusion and regardless of what comes of this report. This is a prime example of why it is difficult to keep LEO activity up and why people are not interested anymore. No one knows when they're going to be the next person on forums getting reported by a guy like this who is simply trying to sit outside of event zones and bait reports.
