Im Attaching Two POV,

1st )

, In this POV you can see that id number 197036 did CL

2nd )

, in this POV that ID number 197036 came back to DOC within 15mins and used some bug to help his friend 175723 by fulling out of that wall just before EMS officer was about to examine him + ID number 175723 got vanished from doc without any trace, seems bug abuse
