Jesse Baby known to be the best reseller guy of the beach market came to Los Santos in 2024 after murder of him family by Unknown Criminal's in Sandy Shores where his father sacrificed himself for his son by taking a bullet, that incident made Jesse traumatized which made him fly to Los Santos to be safe with a new surname Baby.
Jesse joined multiple gangs to seek revenge and get information about the murder of his family until he found out the real culprits which were chilling in their life and Jesse decided to take his revenge after getting all the trust on him and then by snitching on them. Jesse became one of the Highest ranked gang member and made all the gang members on his side where the culprits of his family were alone and had no power. Jesse shot the bullet in an unknown place of Cayo Pierco and decided to live on in Los Santos with his maintained power and circle.
Jesse was regularly trained by very experienced people which were ex LEOs or even the deputy governor Garry Rose which made him know how to become a good officer. Jesse was firstly hired in SAHP as a Rookie where he used to sell Insurance and Number plates, little did Jesse knew that this is not his thing to do so he left SAHP aftera certain amount on time and quickly got hired in NG where he reached his goal of Rank 24 but later on due to corruption he got demoted and because of this Jesse's ego didn't made him stay in NG so he decided to seek revenge among them but NG leader's and High Command's were later Global Blacklisted from the State Organizations. Jesse got helped due to this so he can rejoin NG and become one of the best Colonel's again but Jesse saw Garry Rich his old mentor and friend who was a Deputy Governor now and Sadi Ivedik his old friend and family member who have became the Governor so Jesse decided to join Government where he is working now but due to bad pocket's he decided to become a Corrupt officer to make a good income for his future.

2. Jesse can break IC law including: CCOP, Firearm Law, Penal Code, Procedure for Detention. (he must keep in mind the OOC consequences)
3. Jesse can try to search for a bodycam (/try searches for bodycam) and can break it for his safety. (/do breaks bodycam) [Two times per situation]
4. Jesse can act like a criminal. For example, go for the ghetto clap, buy, sell and use illegal stuff. (no Organization weapons included)
