I was re-downloading RageMP because of technical issues and I was watching my friends stream on discord. In the clip there was a beginner ramming cars and having suspicious movement. My friend tried to clip it but for some reason instead of clipping, he turned of his instant replay. When at the timestamp '13s' you can see the ID for a single frame .This is my friend in the clip and not me. My ID is 67547.
