Dear Sam or Floki,
Today i posted a forum for mass rule break by NG. This situation mostly involved the LT General and his rule breaks but as he is deputy org should have been punished as well. Now in this forum Harry punished me for Mixing with the reason " (Lawyer situation is an IC sit you cant speak OOC in dc)" Yes i agree they are IC but in lawyer situations we have to go to Government emails and Join a lawyer room VC to provide the bodycam of the situation. So we was perfectly IC by being in the lawyer room VC showing evidence.
Now for the NG rule breaks. The deputy clearly broke many rules as it showed in the forum, You can see him doing PG (Power gaming), MG (Meta gaming), FL in RP situation (Foreign language) and corruption with out bio. The deputy of NG said to me he doesnt want his solder to be arrested because he is in his family and thought that suspension was enough. This is clear corruption with out bio. Now i know corruption can be dealt with ICly but with NG being in a temp term for 24 hours nothing was going to happen about it.
I am also confused how the solder being arrested wasnt punished for GR 6.4 as he was clearly carrying a tazer off duty and last time i checked it was forbidden for NG to even carry tazers and i am sure it was punishable.
Now for my punishment. I got punished for "Mixing" Even thought the situation was completely IC we was in the DOC lawyer room and the DOC lawyer room VC in government emails. We was in this VC providing bodycam to NG about there solder being arrested.
I am requesting the forum to be reopened by senior state or one of the higher ups to look into this situation. Many thanks in advance.
