I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to respectfully request a review of the recent ban imposed on my accounts. I understand that my accounts were banned due to violations of the rules, specifically Rule Gr 1.1 (regarding account sharing or trading) and Rule Gr 1.4. However, I would like to clarify that I did not intentionally violate these rules.
Regarding Rule Gr 1.1, I did not share or trade my account with anyone. The only change I made was switching from my Epic account to Steam. I had previously submitted a forum post about this, which was reviewed and approved by the technical team. They confirmed that this change was not a problem, and I was told I could continue playing without any issues.
As for Rule Gr 1.4, I am genuinely unsure of where I might have broken this rule. I sincerely request that you please provide clarification on this so that I can understand what happened. If I did violate this rule, I apologize, as it was never my intention, and I assure you that any mistake was unintentional.
I have been a dedicated player for a long time, and I am actively pursuing leadership roles within the game. I strongly believe I have the necessary skills and commitment to contribute positively to the community. I would deeply appreciate the opportunity to continue playing and demonstrate my leadership capabilities.
I kindly ask you to reconsider the ban and give me a chance to continue being a part of this community. Your understanding and reconsideration would mean a lot to me.
