A guy with ID 114278 is stealing my Pullman in the FIB green zone parking lot. Happened to me twice. Not willing to pay for the fine. Also, the guy in the yellow vehicle is from Vagos at the time the video is recorded, and they have both been trapped together as I left the fib with closed gates when I was going to bank protection. It was fun to watch. P.S. Vest is black magic. P.S.S. I'm not sure if yellow vehicle is connected to the guy who stolen my pullman. For admins saying not enough proofs I attach imgur. This is my 3rd attempt to approve this comlpaint on rule breakers. I lost 2.6m cuz of gz1.2 rule breakers!!! Thanks for not appreciating my efforts I do to make better rp.

Insufficient proofs, provide the POV of him stealing car in GZ
Since cannot confirm based on above POV if he stole it in GZ or after stealing came inside that area
