Hello dear superiors, I was working as an active Government on my account Jonathon Wayde, but I was banned because of minus settings. There was no such rule when changing my settings. I made these settings in 2024 and some admins said it was legal. The setting I made only reduced my shadows and increased my fps. Since I was connecting through Rockstar Games, I could not download redux or similar software. The change in my settings did not give me any advantage or anything like that. It only reduced the shadows and increased my fps. I hope you will take my request seriously and give me another chance.

i was really dont know changing settings from files is illegal im so sorry pls give me one more change and i never touch to my files
