Life Story:
Redhair Shanks, who was born and brought up in Bengaluru, was a young man with talent, skill, courage, and athleticism. He excelled in everything he did throughout his life, but his heart was always with his childhood friend. They spent their childhood together, studied together, and shared innumerable memories. For years, Shanks thought their relationship was special, believing that she too felt the same way about him.
One day, summoning all his courage, he finally made the confession to her. To his dismay, she rejected him, telling him that she was already in love with another. Shanks was devastated. The rejection came as a hard blow to him, and he was left drowning in grief. As the days went by, the pain only intensified, and he found it hard to get over it.
Realizing he needed to start a new, Shanks decided boldly to leave behind Bengaluru. He journeyed to Los Santos to restart his life. There, he did odd jobs, working diligently to make a living. With the memories of his painful past, he vowed not to be defined by them. In the city of unlimited possibilities, Shanks swore to rise once more, greater than ever.

Redhair Shanks had tirelessly strived to create a new life for himself in Los Santos, but life had other designs. He was one day attacked and mugged by robbers while on his way to town via the highway and lost everything he had earned. Shattered but determined, Shanks made a decision to get his life in order by getting a job as a cop.
With unyielding dedication, he was a member of the San Andreas Highway Patrol (SAHP). With time, his relentless effort and perseverance earned him a promotion, guiding him throughout his career. Shanks moved up in rank and later became Colonel of the SAHP.
During his time there, Shanks made some corrupt friends, who exposed him to different—though less respectable—means of earning a living. Taking a cue from them, Shanks slowly gave way to corruption. after SAHP term ended he joined other orgs like FIB,NG and LSPD
Outcomes:
1. Shanks can make criminals to drop their weapons and illegal items and keep them for himself or sell them in the black market while off duty.(selling only looted stuffs)
2. Shanks don't have to follow 10-15 processing procedures like showing id and not reading Miranda Rights.
