As you can see in the POV here a lot of rulebreaks happened here. First of all ID 129061 was metagaming with another unknown ID. The unknown ID then proceeds to shoot ID 129061 Violating Green Zone Rule 1.1 and General Rule 6.15 as no demands were given and no RP was initiated. After the ID 129061 was patched up and ran outside you even even hear him talk to his friend in a foreign language which violates General Rule 3.3 since I did not agree to it and it was also in the Green Zone. The unknown ID then shoots the ID 129063 again in the back as we were walking back killing him to avoid getting arrested which Violates General Rule 6.13.

I seek maximum punishment for both of these IDs
