There were no jokes involved. I was alone, a random (for me) guy flew by in a helicopter, started attacking me. Then shot at me when I told him he was being recorded. Throughout all this there was no attempt at chat, roleplay, or any communications that would suggest "jokes" or friendly intentions. Do not cancel the punishment. Do you randomly just start attacking people? Not even "hi" or "hey friend" or anything you'd say to an actual friend? Yeah..

If I were your friend, why would you stop your attack the second another firetruck arrived? If we were friends I could have easily explained that we are joking around. But the problem is, we are not, and that was not a joke, it was an attack on a lone guy you probably thought was not recording the entire situation.

Apologies for the doublepost, I did wish to give this man benefit of the doubt, and to be honest, I still do. I just don't know if this situation taught him the lesson not to attack strangers like this. If it was an honest mistake, I am willing to forgive and forget, I just want to make sure he won't do such thing again. If it was even a joke, it was a bad one, that costs people nerves, time, sometimes even a visit to the hospital if it goes too far.

But... I am willing to give Dark a chance, if he promises to not do that again and be more careful with people.
