I would like to report an LSPD officer for violating multiple rules:
Fail RP: The officer was playing music during the situation.
Mercy Killing: After downing me, the officer finished me off instead of following proper arrest or medical procedures.
Rule 6.4 Violation: The officer played the bad side of a state employee (bad cop)
I request a proper review and action.
