hello dear admins today i opend a family with my old friends in the game after a long time we think to do it everything went good we won events did rp then we went to biz war and everything was good until we lost and i got a bit mad and said something stupid i didnt mean to say and im srry for that im asking if the ban can be reduced or removed cuz i learned my lesson and i promise i will never say this stuff again hope you can give me another chance pls and ty have a great day.

Considering the explanation I personally don't mind a reduction. For me it is important that someone knows that he made a mistake and that at some point it stops. I hope after 13 violations that it will stop.
